Control

Control tools are for running the shift. They show what is happening on the shop floor now, let operators record what happens at the station, and let planners set and change the schedule. Each tool serves several capabilities and shows their metrics live. See Tools for how capabilities and tools fit together.

  • Cockpit: the live dashboard. Shows each station's status, schedule progress, the last hour's production and OEE, and station notes.
  • Production Progress: a large-screen board showing each running schedule's quantity against target and its estimated finish time.
  • Operator Interface: the operator's screen at the station, in any modern web browser. Used to give downtime reasons, start schedules, count and correct production, and complete Tasks.
  • Alerts & daily summary: emails when a station stops, operator escalations, and a daily downtime summary at 07:00.
  • Gantt & Schedules: create, upload, order and prioritise production and non-production schedules.
  • Schedule Capacity: a forward-looking view of how much shift time has been scheduled.
