Access Codes

An access code logs a shared screen in to your Busroot account without an email address. The same codes work for the Operator Interface and for TV displays, such as Production Progress. A screen logged in with an access code is not logged out after 30 days, as an email login is.

Only Admins can see and manage access codes.

Add an access code

1. In Admin, open the access codes page.
2. Select Add New, then confirm.

You only need one access code. You can use it on all your Operator Interface screens and TV displays.

The list shows each code, the email of the person who created it and when it was created. You can download the list as a CSV file.
